The 2DS XL arrived in better condition than described: in person, you can BARELY see the minor cosmetic damage indicated in the listing. The DS arrived quickly and seemed to be in good shape. Unfortunately the seller didn't realize there was custom firmware installed so I had to send it back for a refund. But seller was very open and professional throughout the process, and issued a refund promptly after receiving the DS back.
