In the future, the seller shouldn't try to sugarcoat the condition of the screen. What was listed as "marring" invisible from more than an inch away was untrue.
To be exact, maybe the listing should have been:
"Very faint surface scratches on both the upper right and lower left of the screen. These scratches are not visible when the screen is turned on, but when the screen is off and viewed from a 45° angle, the "marring" is definitely visible from about arms-length away."

Because of this discrepancy, the phone should have probably been listed for a slightly lower price, but not enough for me to warrant any sort of dispute or return.

Otherwise, the shipping was prompt and the seller was responsive. I received the phone within 3 days and the packaging was good.
