Sprint store technician informed me that phone could not be activated, because it was still under a monthly payment account. Seller refused to believe it, so I called the corporate line and verified the same information. Seller still refused to accept the return so I called a third time. Wasted several hours trying to activate this phone and arguing with this seller. Forced to dispute through Paypal and finally received a refund minus return shipping. Buyers beware - aggressive and difficult seller. Bought the same phone from another seller on Swappa and was able to activate it instantly without issue.

Phones (bought 2) were flawless, 45 minute visit to the sprint store got them up and running. Well packaged. Included a bonus case, which was a lifesaver bc my Amazon case got lost in shipment!

Updating my seller feed back. Phone came without a SIM. It has been a bit of a pain to find one for the phone in order to activate it with Sprint. It would have been nice to know that the phone needed a SIM prior to purchasing.
