There was a slight hiccup with setting up the device when I got it because it required the previous owners account login due to a new software update regarding factory resets however, Jeffrey was very helpful the next day and we resolved the issue over a phone call.

The screen was basically flawless, it took me a couple inspections to see the "tiny scuffs" he was talking about.

While I might find the phone case and car charger useful, the screen protectors sold to me are for Nexus 5 devices, not Nexus 5x. The problem is, the package actually doesn't say what phone the screen protectors are for so Jeffrey may not have known either.

Although Jeffrey's a 5 star seller, my experience was a little disappointing because it took an extra day to set up the phone and the screen protectors are useless.
