Seller misrepresented product as "mint" condition. Item arrived with complete with all listed accessories, but in "good" condition as defined by Swappa guidelines (works, some signs of use). Seller was unwilling to work toward an amicable solution following sale.

Device works and is in the condition the seller described.

But it isn't carrier unlocked like it was listed as. Now I am unable to use it with t-mobile until I can unlock it myself
