The item was never delivered. The seller claimed the item shipped but failed to provide valid tracking for days. Carrier records ultimately show the shipment was intercepted and rerouted back to the seller, and I received nothing.
The seller attempted multiple refunds, all of which failed due to insufficient funds. Communication was slow/poor, and the issue required escalation through Swappa, PayPal, and my card issuer which are still ongoing 53 days later. Again the issue is still unresolved, and exceeds $3500.

Seller said item was shipped but no tracking info was provided. 1 month wait, nothing. Communication was poor. Had make claim with Paypal.

The package took a bit longer due to the carrier, but the wait was totally worth it. The iPhone arrived in perfect condition.

Multiple micro scatches on device screen even i asked about damage on device.
