Received a far from mint condition phone. The phone I received was all dinged up and scratched. It was not as advertised on the listing. The seller deleted all the photos and the actual listing information right afterwards. After I had tried to settle for a full refund and return for days. Seller was incapable of handling situation with tact. Out of frustation, with paypal and the seller. This is one of my last times using swappa as a source for my electronics. Most dishonest seller I have ever encountered. I regret it was partly my fault since she has 0 reviews and 1 bought item on swappa. That should have been a red flag for me prior to purchasing the phone.
