The guy is a scam artist. The phone was advertised as white when it was black with a cheap white plastic back. The fingerprint reader didn't work and when his cheap plastic back was easily removed there was a small folded piece of cardboard over the fingerprint interface which he obviously put there in an effort to get it to work. He's a scam artist and should be banned from swappa for lying about the products he's passing off on an unsuspecting public.

Phone has panel gap on the back - this was not mentioned on the listing.
received it late by 3 days - due to USPS

The phone I received was defective (NBD, mistakes happen). The seller’s handling of the issue, however, was unacceptable. Seller will not respond to comments unless you click the “Swappa I need Help!” button, even then it takes days. Took most of the week before I was given a return shipping address, then I had to beg once more for my refund.

The phone came quick and is in good shape. Never received the phone accessories as promised. Seller not responding.

Quite possibly the worst seller I have ever had to deal with. I had some issues with EBay and Swappa was trying to unscrew everything and the seller just ignores what they told us to do. And apparently a big crack in the back cover by the camera somehow was missed by the seller when he was taking pics of the phone and describing it as excellent. Honestely the ONLY reason I didn't send it back was because I couldn't even imagine how much of a pain in the rear it was going to be.
