I ordered a laptop on 3/5/20, and I was not able to call the transaction complete until 3/31 (nearly 4 weeks later). The laptop was received in a state significantly different than the post's description (condition described as mint). Not only was the post inaccurate, it was deceptive. The damage to the laptop's top cover was concealed in the images by a label held in place by packaging tape -- appearing as though it was an inventory sticker. Beneath that sticker was an unpleasant, aromatic layer of what appeared to be adhesive and permanent marker. The cord and charger were filthy, and the laptop's exterior and keyboard dirty/grimey. The computer was not factory reset either, and no password provided so I was unable to use the computer. I was disappointed by this product and the service of the seller, who was quick to deny my images and gaslight my concerns. This was a time-consuming and stressful experience that required escalation via Swappa and PayPal for reimbursement.
