Seller canceled sale, only saying there was issue with phone before shipping. What issue? Asked but no reply. How about checking before wasting my time. Now I have to wait for a refund to finish processing before I can buy another phone. Not a good experience using Swappa.

Seller claimed phone I paid for fair and square, was stolen from his car before he could ship it to me. How in the world did you leave what is essentially a $1700 phone that was sold, unattended and in plain site to be stolen, is beyond irresponsible. Although seller issued prompt refund, and apology I am very disappointed with this failed transaction.

The device was not actually in MINT condition as advertised. It is in good condition with some light scratches on the pop up camera and a mark and some debris on the rear camera. Additionally, the pre-installed screen protector was removed. Erfidin didn't bother to remove his pictures that were stored on the device. The packaging was very dinged up as it was sent in an envelope and not a box. Finally, the experience was bad with poor communication. While I probably should just return the device, but I think that will be an even more unpleasant experience so I'm just going to keep the device because it's in OK condition. But I'll avoid buying from him in the future. What a bad experience.

I kind feel partially scammed. seller canceled transaction (reason given: changed mind) but when confronted in private session said mint condition phone had "flickering screen" before being shipped. you get 1 star for refunding my money quickly, but you can't rate 0 stars.

Seller sent an empty box. Untrustworthy seller. Don't be fooled by the rating. It also happened to another buyer. Seller claims he was out of town and someone he entrusted to send packages on his behalf did the dirty deed. BUYER BEWARE.
