Phone battery was not healthy--died at 50% and would only last half a day on standby. Seller asked for evidence, which was provided, but she stopped responding. Claim was eventually filed through paypal but she implied I was scamming her and declined. Paypal gave me the opportunity to return for a full refund, but by that time we had already self-replaced the battery, and the phone works fine. We're just out $25.
