Overall good, there was some confusion on paying for shipping. Seller said shipping cost was extra, Swappa said shipping is included. Ultimately it was included. This delayed the process. Have not activated phone yet but the product looks as advertised.

The seller communicates well and worked with me to over come a concern I had with the item that was received. They were fast to answer and worked with me to resolve quickly.

I would recommend purchasing from them.
