If I could leave no stars, I would. The seller took a couple of days to respond to me after I verified my address. When I finally recieved the phone, it was not the correct phone. It was Verizon instead of t mobile. It also took them a long time to respond to that issue. When they responded, they tried to get me to buy another different phone from their store instead of correcting the purchase I made. I finally got a refund and returned the phone after a long period of time. Purchase made on 4/17, and all of this lasted until 4/29. Very disappointing.

Sent me an unusable phone - could only be used with a Sprint prepaid plan, not a regular plan. He refunded the sale price but refused to cover the return shipping.

Device was not receive in the condition as described. The charger and wall adapter that were received with the device stopped charging the device after 2 weeks. Disappointed with the seller response. Would not recommend this buyer to anyone in the future.

Device works and looks as advertised, great condition, no damage. The only issue is that the screen/display has some burn-in, three horizontal stripes at the top and bottom of the display, probably some static UI element but that's to be expected with a device of this age. Great seller. :)

Seller is personable and friendly and did best to cancel sale but overall this entire transaction was a genuine nightmare (item missing a part, then finding out item was not at all how described, then asked to jump through many hoops to remedy situation, then having to wait for EVER to get a refund after shipping it back -- inconvenience after inconvenience). To be honest this was like a one star transaction (the only thing worse would be if the seller was also a jerk or was TRYING to rip me off).
BUT, I'd imagine this was a very rare/one-off scenario. If anything, I imagine the seller will be that much more cautious and take great pains to prevent this kind of thing in future. (That's why I'm marking this as three stars - and not one star - so it doesn't destroy their rating). In all likelihood, you will probably have a good experience buying and working with this seller.
