The device I received was locked and could not be activated on any of the major carriers. Communication from the seller was very slow. Swappa had to step in to tell seller they needed to provide a refund. After 31 days of waiting and prodding after I reported the issue, I finally received a refund. I haven't had to return many devices on Swappa, but the other couple of times I've had to, those sellers were much more cooperative and timely in reaching a resolution than this one was.

GREAT SELLER

We received the phone as described, appeared to be in great condition, and the sale itself went fine. Unfortunately after 2.5 months of very light use, the phone died on us. Two repair shops later and the conclusion is it is a bad motherboard. I have bought used/renewed phones on both swappa and amazon, and this was the first time we had an experience where the phone just straight out died on us after limited use. I'm definitely hesitant to buy another phone here again now.
