a great seller all around...the device was mostly accurate (minus the factory screen protector that should have been on the phone, but no mention of not being on the device). lance promptly refunded me some money to go towards the purchase of a 3rd party protector.

shipping was fast, and went out the next day, and i received it from fedex early (which is always nice).

Phone was described as mint and came with two cases. Upon receiving the phone, it was chipped and cracked and an essential piece to one of the cases was not shipped with the phone. Seller was unwilling to accept a return, issue a partial refund or negotiate in any way. Overall, a terrible seller. Would not recommend!
