Laptop was listed in fair condition which was fair but the packaging was very light without much protection at all basically in a light bag in a giant box without any shock absorption and the laptop was very dirty. The hinge was disgusting had food and lots of misc stuff, curled hair stuck in the hinge. Other than that the seller kept in contact and kept me updated so I appreciated that.
