Overall I'm quite satisfied with this purchase, but there are a few things worth noting:

- The phone shipped quickly, but the seller listed a UPS tracking number, but the phone was actually shipped by USPS. Probably just a typo.
- Mint condition might have been a stretch, and the pictures were a tad fuzzy. The phone seems to have had some kind of impact in the past, but it seems minor and I'm not having any issues.
- The phone arrived with a fresh install of ICS, and grabbed an OTA update to JB ok, but wouldn't successfully install the KitKat OTA. I suspect that this is because the qe counter was set to 1/1 (I had a similar issue with my Razr HD that this is replacing).

Despite these notes, I got a good phone at a great price, and I'm overall happy with this sale!

Edit: I've bumped this up to 5 stars, as Ross promptly offered to correct the above issues without hesitation. You don't see good business like that very often!
