I believe the seller is part of an online store. He lied about the product being sealed never opened new and practically lied on many responses he gave on the comments section. I’m giving 2 stars because I got the cell phone and because I received a partial refund.

This item was not factory sealed by Apple like the seller told me when I asked in the listing. It was clearly repackaged. When opened it was in a styrofoam sleeve (not something Apple does with its packaging) and the phone is clearly used with scratches all over the screen. The box was not even the right box for the phone! The phone’s iMEI number did not match the IMEI number on the box. The seller agreed to refund me, only after days without communication, but when I shipped the item back to him, I heard nothing for more days. I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. Again, more days passed without his response, and he never gave me my refund, so PayPal had to step in, and luckily they ruled in my favor and gave me my refund. Now I have to go through another claim to get PayPal to reimburse me for return shipping - which the seller should have paid, not PayPal. The whole process was a hassle. Avoid this seller, but if you don’t at least know his items are repackaged.
