Phone arrived and is great! It was packed well. Screen protector had a few small scratches, but that was the screen protector and NOT the screen :) battery is in great shape too. Great seller.

Seller did not mention bad scratch in screen protector. Otherwise, as described. No care used in packaging. Phone was not well protected. Big box. One piece of bubble wrap in box, not even wrapped around phone, which was rattling around freely. Would not use this seller again.

Phone was received quickly and in the condition as described. I personally think it could have been better packaged/sealed for shipping, but I wish there would have been better communication (ie. tracking number not provided in Swappa when it was shipped and a question went unanswered). I didn't find out the phone was going to be arriving until the seller told me it was already in my mailbox on a day when USPS packages must have come late due to all the online shopping holidays. Other than this, it was a pretty smooth transaction overall.
