The seller never shipped the item, and I believe they never intended to ship it in the first place. The shipping label was purchased for Medial Mail.

while feedback was well timed good and suffice the product and shipping were not it was shipped in a bubble wrapper loosely in the box with a random piece of paper seemingly as "packaging" the device (2017 MacBook Pro 13 inch with Touch Bar) arrived with a few scratches and minor dings which is as expected as I bought a good condition laptop what was not expected was my MacBook was shipped with a very very low battery health to the point the MacBook recommends I get service for it no functioning camera in any way I tried rectifying the problem in software to no avail or backlight on the keyboard which I could also not fix I will most likely have to purchase new parts and do the repairs while I was left unsettled I will keep this seller in mind as they are doing they right thing offering me a 50/50 refund and allowing me to keep the device

The device arrived in the listed condition, but was shipped in a bubble mailer with bubble wrap around the device. It really should have been shipped in a proper box.
