First time Swappa user, and the last. Very disappointing. Paid $400 for a used IPhone 6 Plus. Seller advertised device as mint, but the device arrived suffering from the dreaded IPhone 6 'touch disease' Read about it on the web.
Sent phone back for repair. Seller said nothing he could do. Accused me of messing around with the device software. Thanh L. sent back useless iphone 6 plus and kept my money.
Contacted Swappa staff hosts who said 'tuff dookie birds'. They they do not get involved in problems if one occurs.

Fast shipping and item came as told. I am very very happy with the buy and would highly recommend doing business with this seller. Thanks again !

The phone came in its original packaging and was in mint condition, just as in the photos! It's refreshing to get an item that looks like it does in the pictures.

Good communication throughout the process. Shipping box did came in the mail in very bad condition but it's because USPS is the worst in my area.
