This seller ensures that your experience is as frustrating as possible. Most notably, the seller: listed the device incorrectly and only corrected it when pointed out; setup a user account instead of shipping the device wiped; sent the device very dirty; sent the device with marks on the chin of the display not shown in the photos; sent a broken charging block which they replaced after a long back and forth with an incorrect block and no cable; blamed me for not sending the cable, but then quickly swept the accusation under the rug when provided photos of me sending the cable; eventually sent the correct block, but sent with it a non-genuine cable even though the sale originally had a genuine cable; overall slow responses with very poor grammar; and lastly evaded answering questions in regards to all the above issues until asked to by swappa staff. Although the device itself works fine, the post sale fuss and the lack of seller etiquette is such that the seller deserves 2 star at most.
