sold device not as advertised (claimed mint, was actually fair). had to open paypal dispute. Still out return shipping money.

Phone was sent the next business day via priority mail. Unfortunately, the phone would not recognize any SIM card when it arrived. Brian was extremely apologetic and there were no hassles with the return/refund. Would buy from again.
