The item was exactly as described in the listing. James shipped it extremely promptly after receiving payment. The phone arrived safely since James had done a great job packing it. And he also put his old leather case in there - speaking of going the extra mile!

Since I paid with a debit card via PayPal, PayPal charged James a 2.9% fee (around $23). Neither I nor he were aware of the fee PayPal charged for card payments. Nevertheless, James agreed to absorb the fee (on top of Swappa's $25 flat fee). Again, very nice of him.
Oh, and he also was very responsive in our communications.
