phone came quickly and works as described. Seller was easy to work with and shipped right away.

The phone's screen had a defect which the owner was unaware of. Since it was under warranty, I was able to get it replaced by Apple. The device should have, at most, been Fair condition with the knowledge of the defect, but the owner was willing to refund it if Apple didn't fix it. Other than the screen issue, the phone was as described.
