OUCH my ears! The loudspeaker is trash on the phone, this would have been nice to know before the purchase. I can't believe in giving three stars. I'm out $18.99 for speaker. If I had a backup phone, this one would get returned. Other than that, the item is as describe .

Seller shipped the iPhone I purchased within hours of submitting payment. The phone was well-packaged and exactly as described for the most part. I had a small issue with the lens cover being scratched to the point that it was affecting pictures, but a $7 replacement part on Amazon corrected this. Overall, it was a quick and easy transaction. I'd definitely buy from this seller again.

**UPDATE** Jdipper responded very quickly to my comments regarding the lens cover and promptly refunded me $7 to cover the cost of the cover I purchased. He is an A+ seller in my book.

Phone was shipped in a timely manner, arrived quickly and appears to be as described. Seller even offered to send me a replacement screen protector to replace the used one already on the phone. Great service, 10/10, would do business with again.
