Horrible experience. Seller padded an iPhone 7 box with a magazine and tried passing it off as an iPhone X. Wouldn't refund money unless I returned it. After I returned it, seller refused receipt and tried returning it to sender. He deleted his Swappa account. Horrible scammer. Thankful for PayPal Protection.

Terrible experience, seller put no effort into this sale after receiving payment from me. Literally took 6 days to ship. Kept telling me they would ship it the next day. They only actually shipped it once Swappa advised me to file a dispute with PayPal. Poor communication, poor service, poor overall experience.
