Fantastic seller

Buds have issue with volume and unable to fix issue. You can barely hear anything out of the right ear and max volume sounds like it is set on low. Understand with it being used but thought they would at least work :(

Although the seller sent me the wrong model she was very quick to offer me a full refund, which was greatly appreciated. I decided to keep what I was sent.
