Thanks for sending the phone quickly and in great condition. I would recommend next time to use more packing materials as it was only in a plastic bag inside the box and could have gotten crushed in transit. Luckily it didn't.

Quickly shipped which was appreciated. Works as expected but hotspot wasn't in "mint" condition. It had a knockoff battery installed that would only accept a 50% charge. Had to buy a new battery to get it to work and accept a charge.
UPDATE: Seller contacted me after seeing the feedback and offered to pay for the replacement battery. That goes a long way in my book so I'm updating comments to reflect being made whole again. Thank you!
