Had some issues with the condition of the device when I received it. Device was super dirty when I opened the box. Screen had grime and dust all over it. Between the keyboard and screen was some kind of gunk. The underside of the case was missing two screws. I ended up asking for a full refund which I was granted by the seller. I ended up losing money on paying shipping to return the device. Seller was helpful with the issues

Seller had advertised a Flash Sale for the iPad I had bought. Price was low enough that 1.) it was gonna get sold VERY fast and 2.) raised a bit of suspicion. I work in IT and have a good idea of how much used devices are worth. I decided to take a chance due to sellers high ratings and great reviews. When I received the iPad it looked brand new. The used device was very well taken care of at a GREAT price. Everything functions as it should. I will not hesitate to buy from Tim again!

The positives are that the entire sale process seemed fair and reasonable, the computer was shipped/arrived promptly, and it is in overall good condition. The negatives are that the item arrived fairly dirty. It took me about an hour to clean the splatters, dirt, dust, hairs, and scuffs off the computer, screen, and charger. That being said, the item was described as mint, and there are a few hairline scratches on the screen, as well as a couple small dings in the metal of the MacBook. Also, there are some black scuffs that will not come off the charging brick. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, but I was pretty amazed (not in a good way) that the computer was sent in that condition.
