The device was said to be perfect all over except a few almost unnoticeable scratches and when it arrived I thought the same. Looked it over a few more times I noticed one misconception: the device had some little warping on the frame near the volume button. Another thing I didn't like about was: the device was left on the whole time it had been traveling to my hands in a box it would have been nice if it been left off. Edit: About 2 weeks after purchases some issues made their way and seller responded quickly and got the warranty process to work through my email.
