Could not get in contact with the seller for an urgent matter no matter how hard I tired. To this day no response to emails, and only one response on Swappa comments when it was too late to fix it. Caused me to receive the phone almost a month after I ordered it.

I've given 3 stars because the USB cable that came with the phone was unusable. If I didn't already have an extra one, I would have had to have gone out and bought one. Otherwise, the phone itself was in good condition, as described, and the shipping was fine.
