Phone appears new and everything is in great shape, box apparently sealed as new. However there was no SIM card in the box or in the phone, although there is a sim serial number on the box. This doesn't actually affect me at this time, since I am using the phone via Wifi for the moment, and MetroPCS has assured me that they can give me a Sim card when I want to activate it on their network. So I was unsure how to rate this, but since everything is as described I have no complaints.
