After communicating with seller I decided to buy the phone that was listed as “mint condition.” First issue was shipping, seller didn’t send phone until 5 days after sale, she promised to ship it overnight due to her delay, but lied and sent it regular mail, so it took almost 10 days to receive the phone. Upon arrival of the phone it was immediately apparent that it was not in mint condition, the frame was dented and scratched and the mic/speaker malfunction and need to be replaced. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SALE/seller, and Swappa’s lack of holding the seller to account.
