This device was, well NEW. Not a problem with it, packaged nicely and secure. I didnt get a nice handwritten note telling me how much i was loved, but i can get over that in time. This Note 3 is perfect for my replacement phone. Now if I can find a Note 5 in the same condition, I would be REALLY happy :).
