Had a fairly negative experience with this sale. Communication was lacking and then received a phone that was not as described (though I don't believe the seller was being deceiving). The lack of communication made it very difficult to remedy the situation, so the sale was escalated to PayPal. Rather than send the phone back and start over, I decided to keep it and just make it work.
