Seller got the product in the mail right away as I paid the fast shipping. The only issue was having to have the package signed for because I’m not at home during day to receive it so made it a bit harder to pick up. But will guarantee your package wouldn’t be stolen. Overall was happy with the service and phone came exactly as it was described.

iPhone was advertised as brand new. It came with a lightening charger, a screen protector, and 1 year apple warranty upon activation. The iPhone itself is good, it has no scratches or any signs of wear. I was skeptical that it was taken out of the original box and it was advertised that it was *brand new, never used* though... The shipping took 4 days, not the seller’s fault. However, I went to the Sprint store to activate the phone to find out that the phone didn’t come with a SIM card so I had to buy one from them. Then when the sales associate opened up the screen protector to put on the phone we found out that the *plastic* screen protector was cracked and broken. Phone and business was great, however was not worth the extra $20 since the screen protector was broken already and having to buy another SIM card.

Item arrived in good condition. Seller shipped with-in 24 business hours of ordering. Seller put signature required which delayed me picking up the package for days. The iPad box was not packed well, it was packaged in an envelope vs a box. Overall a good experience with improvements to be made.
