They sent me a locked phone (unusable to me) then charged me for the return shipping on their mistake. Swappa stepped in to help, but Esteban and his company, Uptradeit.com, never came through, even though Esteban promised to see to it. Bad service, bad karma. Stay away from Uptradeit.com or any of their listings on Swappa.

Purchased this item Saturday before Christmas. Notified the seller that it was a Christmas present and if I could pick it up since it was listed in the same city I live in. Had no feed back. A shipping label was created that night through USPS in a city 1.5 hours away. It was sent to Indy first then to our city. Did not receive it until the Saturday after Christmas. This was my son's main Christmas gift.

Avoid!!! Shady af. Marked phone as shipped then after a week of nothing on tracking and contacting 3 times, they finally admitted phone wasn’t shipped. I asked for a refund and finally had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Unbelievable!
