Hi i have received my package is was a great condition and great seller

I had a pretty bad experience with this seller, is not easy to deal with him takes a long time to answer your messages
I had to file a dispute with PayPal at the end they ruled in my favor.

I received the phone with a stain on the screen, a damaged battery and a charging module that does not charge, a partial refund was made. In the publication it said MINT STATE, but the seller was a liar. Swappa helped me.

Got the phone, was not mint. And had a main bord issue, didn't function properly, camera crashed phone, seller is TERRIBLE at communicating, had to send the phone back,(almost 30$ MORE out of my pocket) he insisted to send me another phone, I agreed after OVER a month long of trying to get them to communicate, that was a mistake, new phone is also not Mint, has defects on camera lens, screen, and back glass is not original (junk) and super glued on like the last phone, and now after having it for just a week it crashes atleast once a day, this person should not be able to sell phones on this app. Always look at the bad reviews, because odds are your gonna be making one too if you buy from this person.

BEWARE!! Seller sent defective items, poor communication, and delayed shipping. Spend over two months trying to get replacement only get worse item with every replacement, and everything time they have an excuse. The Swappa team is not of any help either, no better than buying on ebay.

Do not purchase anything from this seller. I purchased an iPhone XR with a faulty battery. The seller agreed to repair the battery, and after returning the phone to him, the seller communicated poorly at best and did not keep his promise to return the phone to me. I gave him every opportunity for one whole month to contact me via email or phone, to respond to my comments on Swappa, and to refund the money in a variety of ways, and he did not refund me until PayPal ruled in my favor after disputing the transaction.

The seller sent me a bad product and when I contacted him he pretended to help and then ghosted me. He was supposed to compensate me for having to repair the phone to get it to the quality stated on the item listing but he never did. Do not buy from this guy unless you want to be disappointed.

I've been waiting on a refund for over two weeks. Device was faulty and crashed consistently.

I received the item pictured. It is more scratched up on screen than worded, but true as describe no dead pixels. Would buy again from this seller. Seller was professional. If any issues occur I will reach out. Bought phone as secondary for work and the phone camera seems to be fully functional.

Sent a SIM locked/Unactivated iPhone listed as Unlocked. After paying for return shipping myself and having to open a case with PayPal I got my money back 20 days after I received the phone, minus return shipping. Horrible and stressful experience that I wish I never went through.

MacBook Pro seems to be in order.
