After the sale we realized the phone had been blacklisted by the carrier. WirelessNexus looked into the issue before shipping the phone out and refunded the purchase immediately. Even though I was unable to get the phone the response from WN deserves high praise. Trust worthy seller for sure. I would happily purchase something from them in the future.

Phone should have been advertised as 'good' instead of mint due to non-described damage to phone body. Phone was loosely packed with some scrap paper.

Apple Watch arrived quickly. It was well-packaged and in like-new condition—exactly as described and shown in the listing. The included 3rd-party charger was new and factory-sealed but unfortunately defective—not a big deal. I’m very happy overall and would buy from this seller again.

Sent the watch with a charger that didn’t work. He was rude and his only solution was to send $5. Apple Watch charges are not $5. He eventually sent $10 and I got a charger for $15. I was planning to just return it but he seemed like he didn’t understand the return policies and refused to answer if he would pay for return shipping.
