Shipping was slow, due to the package being delayed by one day leaving the seller and the seller using ground shipping instead of the normal 2 day shipping most Swappa users utilize. The device was received with a broken SIM card tray, which doesn't effect the use, but will harm resale value in the future if I do not purchase a new one. I would certainly think twice before purchasing from this seller in the future.
