The phone is in good condition but i have had to reset it a few times in my first two weeks as it appears to be quirky. It works well enough for me to deal with it but its not perfect. I feel this may be more Apple's fault.

Service was good except delivery was not as expected. I suppose that is FedEx's fault but had i known it would take 4 days to get from Los Angeles to Anaheim I would have chose a different option.
