Much of the communication was just fine--clear and friendly. I would like to give a 5-star rating, but need to consider some details. The date the postage was paid, and posted on Swappa, was sooner than the date that the USPS stated (along with the time of day) that they received the package. It is not possible for me to say that the post office was correct or incorrect. It was just odd. Tracking information was available through PayPal but it wasn't posted on Swappa's communication page. Postage was due on the delivery. Returning to the seller's good work, the package got stuck in my post office. Alex contacted the post office, asked them to deliver the phone, and updated me.

Very good (not mint) due to light surface scratches on screen, light fading around Apple logo & a minor scratch on body surround, but overall very good condition. Delivered within 3 days of sale.

I'm so in love with the fact that I have a phone that has a battery that actually lasts longer than 4 hours!!! I keep checking my battery out of habit thinking it's time to plug up my phone, but no! I unplugged my phone with a full charge at 10pm last night. It's now 2:30 in the afternoon and it's just now down to 52%!! The phone is in fantastic condition. The battery blows my mind because I was so used to my old phone having to be plugged in 90% of the day. I'm so happy with this purchase.

Seller did not send the phone pictured, but a different phone in worse condition. However, after repeated prompting, and saying I would file a Paypal dispute, seller did refund $20.
