I did receive the iPad and it is in great shape and was packed well. The use of the USPS with 3 days shipping had an extreme amount of delays and somehow took 10 days from time of order. I do realize you cant control the post office and the all the dynamics of our crazy world but a more reliable carrier and slightly higher level of service may have helped. Additionally, I now a, waiting on the connectivity to Verizon as it was sent with no SIM card? not an expensive issue but another delay as I now wait for Verizon to ship a SIM card to connect the unit so I can be mobile with connectivity. I think based on your history this is just an anomaly of events and overall you represented a nice item with good intent and it was a bed sequence of events and timing. Thank You and Merry Christmas
