Was not too happy with the shipping services. Had to spend a couple hours talking to FedEx multiple times with them giving me bad information. Ended up having to go out of my way to go get the phone from a Safeway. Seller was at least responsive during this atrocious FedEx service. Would buy from the seller again as long as FedEx wasn't used. Phone seems to be in good condition.
