I received a G3 instead of a G4 - turns out the listing was mislabelled. Hugo responded quickly to messages and offered to check to see if they had a G4 in stock. I ended up getting a phone for Christmas so I didn't need the G4 and Hugo promptly sent a return label and quickly refunded me for the G3. The phone I received was in perfect condition, not a scratch or ding on it. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, situations like this have the potential to be a huge hassle but this was so easy to sort out and I am very happy with my experience. Thanks Hugo! :D

Mostly smooth sailing. Delivery was as expected and phone was as described. Had some minor delays getting it activated but was able to do so after resetting the device.

Phone arrived in working condition. Color was mislabeled and I received a gold phone instead of black. This is not a huge deal to me as i keep it in a case.
