The sales experience was not ideal at all - and I certainly won't be coming back. Not only did I pay and never receive a phone, but I could not buy another phone without risking having two - the buyer has a month to fulfill the order (even if delinquent) plus the additional phone. Although Swappa staff was very responsive, they really couldn't do anything nor offer any incentive to come back.

Phone arrived but in worse condition than advertised. It was extremely dirty and had more wear than described. Provide USB cable was for a Jawbone and did not work properly.

Great seller however volume button did not work but that is a small price to pay.

The phone is great and everything that I hoped for when buying it. However, the shipping promises as noted earlier in reviews are not accurate. Shipping same day does not equal 3 days later. Two day priority is not the same as first class. I still would have bought if I had been told this in advance and given 5 stars, but you can't say one thing and do another.

Very quick shipping, phone was in good condition however missing charge plug cover so no longer waterproof.

The phone I purchased was unfortunately sold earlier that day in his local retail store. He offered to send different one of same model but I asked for refund instead. Next day I received full refund. A potentially terrible situation solved easily and quickly. Thank you for your honesty.
