Bad communication. Product was not fully functional.

Upon opening and setting up the device today, I immediately noticed that the touchscreen functionality is not working. This has been quite disappointing, especially since there was no mention of any functionality issues in the product listing or during our correspondence. I had been under the impression that all features and functions of the device were in perfect working condition.

It's vital for me to have a fully functioning device, and I rely on sellers to provide accurate descriptions of the items they are selling.

It was NOT my intention to get you in trouble with swappa. They shouldn't turn any listings off if you are a good user with one 'question' about product delivery - that's sever ;*(. In any case, five stars. product works, was delivered within range of USPS stupidity and no issues. Please note there is also a massive scam going around about USPS packages being 'held at warehouse' that is going around via SMS from European phone numbers (I'm getting a text a day approximately) so that may add to market crazy.
