I have been using the Surface Book 2 for several days and love it! The seller fairly represented the product and everything works as described. The packaging was quite beat up when I got it, which I know isn't the sellers fault, though I would have liked to see more protection for the product in the package. Quick shipping. Condition was described as 9.5/10 which to me should mean a pretty perfect screen, but there were quite a few hairline scratches. But they don't show up after a screen protector was applied. Overall fair transaction.

Phone listed for sale as unlocked was locked. Seller acknowledged error and refunded sale. Seller originally wanted to refund only part of return shipping despite cause of return being his error 100%, but Swappa intervened to ensure full return shipping costs were refunded. all seems very good and as advertised. i get really nervous about purchasing at times, concerned about getting a worked over unit, but this looks stock. there were no surprise blemishes, or concerns.

As described. Battery at 96 % health. Packaging adequate but a wrap of bubbles around the phone instead of it being loose would be give better impression. Competitive pricing. Thank you very much!
