I would stay away from this seller. He sold me a phone with a screen protector installed. I took the screen protector off upon receiving the phone to inspect the screen for scratches and there were scratches all over the screen. I contacted the seller immediately and asked if I could just return the phone and he refused to let me return the device and said there was no way there were scratches on the phone and accused me of doing them. I hadn't even activated or turned the phone on yet. I asked if he would be willing to offer a partial refund and he at first refused so I entered a dispute into PayPal. He then offered me a partial refund of $100 to help cover getting a new screen if I dropped my original dispute so he sent me $100 and I dropped my original dispute. After closing the sale and even leaving positive feedback, he disputed the $100 refund through PayPal and refused to cancel the dispute. Darin was very unprofessional and rude towards me when I did nothing wrong.

The iPhone 6S I purchased had a lot more scratches on the screen that I was not able to see clearly in the posted pictures. Some scratches were a bit more than superficial light scratches, and I was able to see the scratch with the screen on. With that said, Darin was very helpful during the purchasing process and answered all of my questions. The phone also came with tempered glass screen protector, car wash cloth, and a can of anti-static duster spray. The phone was securely packaged in multiple layers of cushioning and got to Florida in three days.

This was the most out-of-this-world purchase I've experienced. Not everything went as expected, but in the end, I ended up with the phone and adapters I payed for along with a couple extra accessories. Be warned though, Darin is not so much a salesmen, as he is a complete stranger who gets a kick out of making other complete strangers happy. His business style is very unique, but I don't think you'll get that kind of service, responsive time, and personalized attention anywhere else.

I'm making this review a week and some days late, but i love my phone it is everything i could of asked for and more in a used phone . I love the communication between the seller and the shipping was good had some minor hiccups but nothing major . I also love the screen protector and towel and charger cable that came with the phone .

I received the phone I had bought from Darin on a timely matter. Be aware that you need to sign to receive package, I believe this is part of the great customer service Darin offers. He wants to make sure the intended buyer actually receives the product.

The phone looked brand new and it was neatly packed. He provided extra cases for the phone and even cleaning wipes. I bought the phone for my dad, who lives out of the country and I knew the iPhone would work; however, when I inserted the chip the phone did not work. Then I contacted Darin over the phone and we did a video conference and explained to me step-by-step on how to fix it. I was shocked to see how knowledgeable he is on the matter. After he guided me, phone and chip worked properly.
